Operation Warp Speed (OWS) was a public–private partnership initiated by the United States government to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.^[1][2] The first news report of Operation Warp Speed was on April 29, 2020,^[3][4][5] and the program was officially announced on May 15, 2020.^[1] It was headed by Moncef Slaoui from May 2020 to January 2021 and by David A. Kessler from January to February 2021.^[6] At the end of February 2021, Operation Warp Speed was transferred into the responsibilities of the White House COVID-19 Response Team.^[7]

Moncef Mohamed Slaoui^[1] (English: /ˈmɒnsɪf ˈslaʊ.i/; French: [mɔ̃sɛf slawi]; Moroccan Arabic: منصف السلاوي, IPA: [ˈmonsˤəf ˈsːlæwi]; born July 22, 1959) is a Moroccan-born Belgian-American researcher who served as the head of Operation Warp Speed (OPWASP) under President Donald Trump from 2020 to 2021.

A wasp is any insect of the narrow-waisted suborder Apocrita of the order Hymenoptera which is neither a bee nor an ant; this excludes the broad-waisted sawflies (Symphyta), which look somewhat like wasps, but are in a separate suborder. A stinger (or sting) is a sharp organ found in various animals (typically insects and other arthropods) capable of injecting venom, usually by piercing the epidermis of another animal.

In law enforcement, a sting operation is a deceptive operation designed to catch a person attempting to commit a crime. A typical sting will have an undercover law enforcement officer, detective, or co-operative member of the public play a role as criminal partner or potential victim and go along with a suspect's actions to gather evidence of the suspect's wrongdoing. Mass media journalists occasionally resort to sting operations to record video and broadcast to expose criminal activity.^[1]

Sting operations are common in many countries, such as the United States,^[2] but they are not permitted in some countries, such as Sweden or France.^[3] There are prohibitions on conducting certain types of sting operations, such as in the Philippines, where it is illegal 

おとり捜査（囮捜査、おとりそうさ）とは、対象者に犯罪の実行を働きかけ、犯罪が実行されるのを待って対象者を検挙する捜査手法。

まあ今回は潜在的TOC予備群たる全地球人を対象としたStingオペだったわけで、それにより宇宙犯罪行為（己への風邪（ふうじゃ）ワクチン接種）が実行された時点で自動的にその潜在的TOC予備群には有罪判決が下り抗原原罪で処罰されるように規格されてたわけです。

宇宙においては犯罪行為の未然防止と潜在的犯罪者のパージは当たり前ですから！

波動砲なんて物騒なもん装備した宇宙戦艦なんぞで自ら犯した地球環境汚染の安易な解決策を求めて宇宙の果てを目指すのを良しとするような連中は宇宙的には非常に好ましくない……
