Two men have been arrested for allegedly supplying TikTok star Cooper Noriega with the drugs that caused his fatal overdose aged 19 on June 9 2022.
Last year the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner ruled that the social media star passed away from 'combined effects of alprazolam, fentanyl, and lorazepam,' per documents obtained by The Blast.
TMZ reports investigators have arrested and arraigned Erik Oved Estrada on federal narcotics charges - it is alleged he ran an illegal drug operation out of his Calabasas home, with 'one of his associates' allegedly delivering fentanyl-laced oxycodone to C.N. - with Noriega's father Harold confirming this is Cooper.
Investigators claim Estrada ran a drug-trafficking operation - which provided 'same-day delivery of cocaine and fentanyl-laced pills,'
They claim Estrada sold fentanyl-laced pills to Arian Alani - who then sold them to C.N., who took them and died.

    　太平洋戦争中の1945年5～6月、B29爆撃機の搭乗員だった米軍捕虜8人が九州帝国大（現九州大）医学部で実験手術をされた。肺を切除されたり血液の代わりに塩水を注入されたりし、全員が死亡。関わった旧陸軍西部軍や大学関係者ら計23人は48年、BC級戦犯が裁かれた「横浜裁判」で有罪判決（うち5人は絞首刑）を受けた。後に「生体解剖事件」と呼ばれる事件の概要だ。

    　一方、事件の直後に真武七郎（またけしちろう）医師ら5人が捕虜の肝臓を食べたとされた冤罪（えんざい）事件は、解剖の関係者が肝臓を持ち帰ったという情報を連合国軍総司令部（GHQ）が戦後、追及した中で作り上げられたとみられる。

    　裁判記録や関係者を取材したノンフィクション作家、上坂冬子さんの著書「生体解剖」（毎日新聞社）によると、真武さんが47年12月にGHQの調査官に宛てた嘆願書には「真実を述べても聞いていただけないので心にもなく偽りの証言をしなくてはならない羽目に至り」とつづられていた。

    　真武さんの長女ナナさん（74）によると、両親は収監時や裁判の話をほとんど語らなかった。ただ、真武さんの死後、母親が上坂さんの取材を受け、著書を「忠実に書いてある」と話していたという。

    　BC級戦犯の裁判に詳しい関東学院大の林博史教授（現代史）は、真武さんらの訴追や裁判の過程について「戦後、連合国側は捕虜が受けた戦争犯罪を、関係者の訴えなどから追跡・捜査しており（真武さんも）その中で拘束されていったのだろう。一方で裁判自体は証拠に基づいて判断され、無罪とすべきものは無罪にしていたと考えられる」と話した。【青木絵美】

    　市川海老蔵（４４）が来年１月、東京・新橋演舞場で新作歌舞伎「プペル～天明の護美人間～」（１月３～２０日）に出演する。「歌舞伎十八番」などの古典の継承だけでなく新作にも取り組む海老蔵は、絵本「えんとつ町のプペル」の原作者であるキングコング・西野亮廣（４１）に歌舞伎化を直談判。９年連続１２度目の座頭を勤める思い入れの強い同劇場の１月公演で「革命を起こし、改革していきたい」と、歌舞伎の新たな可能性に挑むつもりだ。
